Follow Charlie, the princess of Hell, as she pursues her seemingly impossible goal of rehabilitating demons to peacefully reduce overpopulation in her kingdom. After a yearly extermination imposed by angels, She opens a hotel in hopes that patients will be "checking out" into Heaven. While most of Hell mocks her goal, her devoted partner Vaggie, and their first test subject, adult film-star Angel Dust, stick by her side. When a powerful entity known as the "Radio Demon" reaches out to Charlie to assist in her endeavors, her crazy dream is given a chance to become a reality.

ABOUt Vivienne Medrano

A graduate from SVA in NYC, Vivienne is an independent filmmaker and artist who has worked on freelance music videos along with numerous other projects. Vivienne is the recipient of 2015 Adobe’s Animake This Award and the Dusty Outstanding Character Animation Award for her work on “Timber.” Vivienne has amassed quite the online following, and currently has over 7.4 million subscribers on YouTube alone!

Inspiration for HAZBIN HOTEL:

 "I definitely think Hazbin hit a chord with people, they are adult comedies with this sharp art style that doesn't really resemble what most have come to expect from adult comedies," Medrano said. "They also have an element of drama and angst to them which come from my sensibilities." Villains have always appealed to Medrano, having a fondness for Batman's eclectic Rogue's Gallery. Setting her projects in hell allows her to explore the theology of what makes a bad guy and what attracts viewers to their outrageous behavior.”
